Since the Roswell incident in 1947, when a metallic disc crash landed near a villa, the number of UFO conspiracies and their believers has risen exponentially. Added to this was the US Air Force's weak cover-up story saying that it was merely a weather balloon

Apart from UFO theorists, we have had officials from the governments of different nations, even people in the president's post admit that aliens have been a part of out society from a long time. Find out what they said below.

1. The British Govt.

There was mass hysteria when people discovered that Great Britain's Ministry of Defense was hiding documentation regarding UFOs. And when the Ministry finally released those documents to the public, people saw that they were nothing more than failed attempts at making contact with alien life. Some experts feel that there wouldn't have been anything worthless if they were trying to hide it and that the real info must still be hidden

2. Retired US Air Force Capt. Robert Salas

A US Air Force employee Capt. Robert Salas worked at a base in Montana. He used to work on ICBMs where he claims to have had many experiences that he recounts to be due to alien activity. He had reported that several missiles had been simultaneously disabled and in many other countries too and he also speaks of a triangular craft that was spewing metal.

3. The US Govt.

The biggest recorded UFO incident is the one at Roswell. A flying disc crashed at the site and newspapers even published the incident as is. Then they made a retraction and called it a govt. weather balloon. To this day experts believe that is isn't some part of the weather predicting apparatus.

4. Ex-Astronaut Edgar Mitchell

He was an astronaut from the UFO-crash town of Roswell. He has confessed that he became on astronaut to learn more about extraterrestrials. Although he dug into the incident at his town and was even able to confirm that it was indeed a UFO, he couldn't go any deeper.

5. Former President and now Prime Minister of Russia - Dmitry Medvedev

The now PM of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev in 2010 had claimed that he had received special information that concerned the existence of extraterrestrials. "They live among us and are slightly different to look at than us. I can control them all", he had said, the last sentence of which made the entire thing a joke (or was it?).

6. Former US President Dwight D. Eisenhower

Some claim that the 34th U.S. President, Dwight D. Eisenhower knew that there was evidence at Area 51 about aliens and the Roswell UFO crash. He even had his experts tour the area and also left subtle hints during his farewell speech in 1961 where he spoke of the military-industrial complex.

7.  Former president of the Russian Republic of Kalmykia - Kirsan Ilyumzhinov

He is now the president of the World Chess Organization and is also an open advocate of the existence and communication with extraterrestrial beings. He even claims that he was abducted by the aliens and had telepathic communication with them.

8. Former US President John F. Kennedy

Alien theorists claim that JFK wasn't killed by a lone extremist but it was the CIA that had him killed for showing an enormous amount of interest in Area 51 and tying up with Russia on their space program. Also that he wanted to divulge the alien info to the public.

9. Former Congressman Dennis Kucinich

The former congressman from Ohio, a city with many haunted places. His house was located near an Air Force Base is said to have seen a UFO fly over him and that they even communicated with him mentally.

10. Former Counselor to the President John Podesta

John Podesta is a well-known columnist and was a part of the Obama and Clinton administrations. A profound believer, he was also a part of Hillary's presidential campaign and had made Hilary promise that she would uncover secrets regarding alien activities on Earth.
