1. The Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum in Weston, West Virginia

When the prison closed in 1971, it is believed that the ghosts of the inmates took back the prison. It had been claimed by the visitors hearing mischievous whispers in abandoned cellblocks.

People says about this barren land that there number of ghosts in this hill region and if you cross across here your vehicle slowly put up hilled and, some say, a few supernatural wanderers.




10. Myrtles Plantation, St. Francisville, Louisiana




Myrtles Plantation is considered as one of America’s most haunted sites. The house is rumored with 12 ghosts in an old Tunica Indian burial ground. With 12 different ghosts.
